The awesome bar staff where I work keeps me stocked with bourbon-flavored bacon fat. The above is a Friday-night-treat to show my appreciation for the bar staff and all the staff. Thanks for being awesome.

I made roses out of the peels, because I hate wasting perfectly good peels (this should only be done with organic apples). The larger baking dish uses the bourbon bacon fat instead of butter. The smaller baking dish is vegetarian, but not vegan and flavored with orange. Hope everybody enjoys them, because I didn’t make a test batch.
